Ahhhhh man, finishing this page was like pulling teeth!! But it’s done! 9 more pages until the end of the chapter – I’m pretty excited! <3
Conventions are OVER for the year, yessss!! And with Chapter 8 complete in a couple weeks, I can compile Volume 2 of Macchina (chapters 6 through 
for debut most likely around TCAF. Volume 1 was first released in 2009, so it’s kind of a big deal for me to finally get another Macchina book out! Also, I’m going back to traditional inking with Chapter 9. I’ve learned a lot working on Kindling these past few months, and I want to put that knowledge to use with Macchina! <3
Also, need to relearn to draw my characters – my style has been evolving since chapter 7 ended, so I’ve got to get used to them again before picking up Chapter 9 so it remains consistent (something I’ve had a hard time with, since it’s taken me so long to draw a chapter).
